"HOT SEAT" or no "HOT SEAT" at all....!!!
I would like to share my experiences when I am flying with the good and the best airlines in Asia they called AIRASIA. Actually for me not really the best one after my bad experience in last flight from Denpasar to Perth. What happened is....
The crew and also AIRASIA company in the future must more strictly and strong to tell the passenger who does not buy "the HOT seat" not suppose or allow to seat in the "HOT SEAT" chair. It is not fair to the passengers who already bought the "HOT SEAT". Is really disappointed me, because what I saw in 10 or 5 minutes before the airlines take off suddenly the passenger who does not buy the "HOT SEAT" moved to the "HOT SEAT" chair... its make me really shock and disappointed...!!!!!
If happened like this, why "AIRASIA" still sale the "HOT SEAT" chair??? because next time people will thinking, why I should buy the "HOT SEAT" chair if the "HOT SEAT" chair empty, we can moved, for me is better no more "HOT SEAT" or make the consequences, if they still seat in "HOT SEAT" chair during flying they should pay on board for the "HOT SEAT" chair 10 (ten) times then people/passengers already paid via your website (website price) make it this for penalty not buying the "HOT SEAT" chair before hand, or they should out from the airplanes because they are not listen and follow the company regulations for pessengers safety.
You got to be fair to the passengers who already paid the "HOT SEAT" chair or no more "HOT SEAT" chair and also to check the passengers "boarding pass" because I saw even the crew already make an announcement, they still dumb, they still moved it, with the reason, "not enough rooms" for their body or "not enough" rooms for their legs, so "BIG DEAL".... why they know they are FAT, or got long legs why they do not buy the "HOT SEAT" chair...???
So please make the rule is the rule...the law is the law. I am really disappointed for the service of your crew on Flight No. QZ 8620 from Denpasar to Perth on 26 January 2010, no strictly and strong action (strong i mean they have authority to do it, take action don't only talk, speak nicely and gently like they learn when they are on training to be a crew members) until I have to push the crew to ask the two pessengers who suddenly seat in "HOT SEAT" chair 10 minutes before the airplanes take off the first pessengers moved to the "HOT SEAT" chair number 14F and 5 minutes more (before the airlines take off) the second one move to the "HOT SEAT" chair number 14E, too ridicoulous....!!! looks like they already knows the "tricks" (if there is "HOT SEAT" chair empty quick moved before the airlines will take off so the crew can not say and can not do anything because is almost take off, so no need to buy the "HOT SEAT" chair safe the money for buying the foods).
After the airlines stable I ask again to the crew (stewardess) to ask these two pessengers, but what they done is make an announcement, so I ask again to the one of crew/stewardess to ask these two pessengers, wether they have the "HOT SEAT" chair or not but seem likes the crew to scared to ask to the them and these two pessengers doesn't care with the announcemnet and sleep straight away.
What make me angry is... the pessenger who seat next to me in number 14E he's a very very big man and I don't even can put my hand in hands chair and can you imagine how angry i am ??? I am the one pay the "HOT SEAT" and when this big man wants to moved to the "HOT SEAT" chair he told me "can you moved" even wihout "please" He means ...he wants me to moved to the number 14E, did he knows or he just prentending does not know, if I am the real owner of the "HOT SEAT" chair number 14D? I buy it, I paid it... too ridicoulous, and when I complaint to the stewardess can you imagine? she over me the "HOT SEAT" chair in arrow one to five, there is one empty in number 2D or 3D I can not remember, and I am angry to her, I said: why you over me to moved? you the one should tell him to moved...I am the one buy the "HOT SEAT" number 14D, Why..? the big questions is ???? W H Y ? did she scared ??? because he's (this man) is Aussie guy...? or you scared you will loose your Western Customer? you got to be joking...? she is (the stewardess) Indonesian ...!!! she forgot where she's come from... oh...my God... don't you just wanna show off in front of Western man, make it fair... I am the one buy the "HOT SEAT" chair...!!! too ridicoulous...!!!!!
Actually they can do, they have authority to do it, they the one operated in airplanes, so if there is naughty pessenger they can tell them to get out from the airplanes.... or they can make it simple (following the regulations when they have training in Airlines)....the crew can ask them nicely eg. “Excuse me sir/madam, may I saw you boarding pass please…? If the boarding pass not same with the chair they can tell the passengers to moved “sorry sir/madam this is not your seat so please go back to your seat according/following to your boarding pass number” its easy right…. sometimes they do not to ask to passengers because they are Western people… so what? Are they scared to the Western people (eg. Australia) or your Company scare to loose the customers? That’s not the way make your company grow up…!!!
I don't want to black mail your company but I would like to get opportunity too to tell to the International Airlines Passengers Protection if your company or your crew can not be strictly and strong to the passengers. Because in Airlines passengers regulation they should seat according/following to the seat number same likes their boarding pass, if something happen with the Airlines, I hope not…, so… to make your company is easy to check for the administrator, and as I know that’s the regulation for the Airlines Company in the worlds….???
